Error Message?Opera for Windows
all of a sudden I'm getting this error message when I try to open Opera:
Application error. The application was unable to start correctly (Ox0000022) Click OK to close the application.
Can someone please help this old Luddite - what's going, on, how do I fix this? If I have to re-install Opera do I lose all of my bookmarks? Thanks.
RE: VPN small box in top left?Opera for Windows
@leocg thank you but I have no idea what VPN is or what it does. Is this something I do want or is it not needed?
VPN small box in top left?Opera for Windows
I'm seeing a small box on the top left of the opening screen which says: VPN. When I click on it it says: VPN disconnected. 0B data transferred this month. You have unlimited VPN data.
Can someone explain to this olde Luddite what this is and whether or not I have do something? Thank you in advance.
How Do I Log On?Opera for Android
I've been using Opera on my laptop for a long time - just downloaded the app to my Android tablet but there's no place on the screen to enter my username and password so I can have the same bookmarks on the tablet that I have on the laptop. What is this old Luddite doing wrong?
RE: Bottom of Screen?Lounge
@leocg sorry - maybe this should have been a Windows question - don't know how to send a screen shot - sorry - there's a black horizontal "strip" or "bar" whatever it's called along the bottom of the screen where you see date, time., charging status etc.
Bottom of Screen?Lounge
The black strip across the bottom of my screen -- sorry, don't know what it's called but it's where you see the date, time, speaker status, etc. - is suddenly much taller than ever, almost an inch tall and the icons are stacked on top of each other instead of being in a single row - how do I get back to the original way which is "skinnier?"

RE: [Solved]Texting with Google VoiceOpera for Windows
@leocg thank you for your reply - I think I solved the "mystery" and everything seems to be working OK - thanks again
[Solved]Texting with Google VoiceOpera for Windows
when I type in www.voice.google.com in the search line, I'm able to access Google with no problem - looking to send/receive texts on my laptop.
But when I added www.voice.google.com to my Opera bookmarks I get a message: "This site can't be reached." It says to Go to Opera > Preferences… > System > Use DNS-over-HTTPS instead of the system’s DNS settings and check your DNS-over-HTTPS provider.
I did this but still get the "can't be reached" message. Can anyone help this old Luddite out? Thank you.
