@leocg I notice that it's only .pdf files which have this red circle/X next their names.

Thank you. Yes, I thought that too. The C drive says "7.30 GB free of 118 GB."

RE: Red Circles with "x" through themOpera for Windows
sorry - don't know how to make a screen shot - the red circles are next to the names of the folders or files - I think it may have something to do with "storage full - free up space" - that's a message I see - maybe this is a software problem, not Opera?

Red Circles with "x" through themOpera for Windows
I am seeing dozens of folders and files with a red circle next to the name and an "x" through them. What does this mean? I am also trying to copy and paste a file. When I click "paste" the file name appears on the screen for a split second then disappears. Need help with this right away. Thank you very much!!

RE: Screen goes blank when opening an article on NYTimesOpera for Windows
thank you for all of this - I'm a "low" tech guy but I'll try to do all of this - does it make any sense that only the New York Times pages are affected and does it make any sense that this should have happened so suddenly?

Screen goes blank when opening an article on NYTimesOpera for Windows
Ye Olde Luddite here. Something weird is happening when I click on a link to read an article on the New York Times website. The screen goes blank! It just started, it's been working fine for years. It only happens with the Times site, nothing else that I read.
Any idea why this is happening? Thank you very much.

@leocg thank you - I think by some dumb luck -- and I do mean dumb -- that I fixed the problem.

Stop Pop Up AdsOpera for Windows
I am suddenly being swamped with pop up ads. ((I use Windows 10.) I checked the Opera settings. Block ads is "on." In Manage exceptions and manage lists I have nothing added. Block trackers is on. For Recommended listings, I tried to uncheck both Easy Privacy and Opera Tracker blocker site fixes but it won't let me uncheck both, only easy privacy.
How do I stop these stupid pop ups? Thank you.

RE: Can't Open New Home PageOpera GX
@leocg no, it says "change wallpaper" and "get more wallpaper." when I clicked on "change" I didn't see anything about Fullscreen. And there's no way for me to exit Opera - I have to completely re-boot my laptop and start all over

RE: Can't Open New Home PageOpera GX
@leocg thank you - you are very kind - I tried ESC and F11, nothing happened - I even tried Shift F11, Ctrl F11 and Alt F11 - nothing happened - I'm seeing a screen which says in the upper left corner GX Corner, and in the right corner "Feedback" plus the Settings - does this make any sense to you? - thank you again for all of your help -
