Opera for Chromebooks can't be setup

So I downloaded Opera for chromebooks, I don't use google play so I clicked this It downloaded just fine but I can't fine anyway to set it up so I can use it. I tried restarting my computer but it didn't work. You guys have anyways I can set this thing up? It be really helpful, I'm sick of Google Chrome. Thanks!

@you-boi-1010 You have to install it. On a Google device there's a flag in the device setup to allow installs that aren't from the Play Store, I suppose you should have something similar. Then use your Files app to "open" it - that should install it.
