Why doesn't the VPN change locations? Only the IP address changes, but the country is only Sweden, whichever option I choose: Europe, Asia, America...

@thortik It's just the site(s) guessing your location wrongly.

When this flag opera://flags#address-bar-dropdown-categories is enable, enhanced addressbar don't work.
