Downloads Get Stuck at 100%

Hello,

I use the latest version of Opera on Windows 10 Pro x64.

If I use the internal download manager my downloads get stuck at 100% and never complete.
If I use a third party extension instead I have no problem.

Is there any way to fix this please?

@threshold That usually means some third-party program is blocking headers on the transfer.

@sgunhouse thank you, any suggestions on what kind of program it might be?
Also why this third party program doesn't stop the extension as well?

I paused the antivirus but that's not it.

@threshold It would be an internet privacy program (a firewall), and usually the setting is called Block private headers. As I'm not familiar with most of the extensions, I can't speculate on what they do differently.
