About "On the page drag down"

Hi,
On the page drag down is narrow so unavailable or in other words having difficulty using, it should be wider.
I give details in screenshot and i hope i was able to explain my problem and i hope you solve this problem as soon as possible or to whom can i write this problem so can you give me an address please?

In Opera menu, Help, Report an issue - there you can report directly to Opera.

Technically Opera internal stylesheet is crappy, I don not like such thin scrollbars either.

I reported it, got a reply like this:
