@sdas15 You go opera://bookmarks and copy your Speed Dials from Other Speed Dials to Speed Dial, there is no way to do it automatically.

@sdas15 Synced opened tabs can be found by clicking the tabs icon (the one that looks like a computer) in sidebar or by going to opera://activity, they are not automatically populated in the current installation.

@leocg yeah I figured out this just after I posted, but initially I didn't find any relevant post mentioning the copy/paste way to do this.

@mikola123 As known, only pre-defined search engines can be set as default.

Hello, is there a way to hide the google search bar on the main page? I have set DuckDuckGo as my main search so I do not want to see the Google search bar on my main page. Thank you for all help! Cheers....

@rpwsalw It's Gmail itself that is changing the language. Disable the VPN or change the language in Gmail's settings.

Maybe I'm missing something here but I don't seem to be able to do this other than drag each link from

                        https://www.sync.opera.com

Can't we just block on the correct one and install the saved speed dial like on the Android version?

@colej2k Check Other Speed Dials in the bookmarks manager page, opera://bookmarks.

Copy the itens from there to Speed Dial if you want to see them in the current Speed Dial.

The Opera icon is always active in Windows 10 taskbar, and I don't know why. There are no pending notifications that I can observe.

                            Any idea?

@yakichan It means a broken download in your downloads list. Clean it.

I believe there's a 'control and something' that will exit full screen when browsing. Escape doesn't work. Any ideas?

@davidr1 F11 is the universal key to enter/exit full screen mode, usually.

Can anyone tell me how to turn an MP4 file into a custom live wallpaper for Opera GX?

@dying0 You can't use mp4, you need to use webm or webp.

See https://dev.opera.com/articles/making-animated-themes/ for more info on how to create an animated wallpaper.

Where do I find the file(s) with the bookmarks and the tabs?
My Opera crashed and I have only my hard drive to download the respective files.
