Keep on getting ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

So I keep getting these SSL error pop-ups on these sites. I've tried all the steps listed in the pinned topic, but nothing seems to work. I can access these sites when I use a VPN or when I use Chrome or Microsoft Edge, but I rather just use Opera with no VPN or anything. Has anyone else experienced these issues? Thanks

My Windows version: Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1110)
My Opera version: 77.0.4054.277

@prunes New security program? If your antivirus or other software is trying to examine secure pages that will happen. Alternatively (though less common these days) your clock is off by at least 6 months and therefore all the appropriate certificates show as out of date.

@sgunhouse thanks for the suggestions. I've tried disabling my antivirus and it didn't help. My clock is also fine. I'm just not sure what to do. At this point it seems I either have to use a different browser or constantly use a VPN when I visit those sites, which really slows things down.

@prunes Tried both sites here, and they seem to load fine. (Actually, they look like the same site.) So not sure what the issue might be.
