Please, where is the functionnality to synchonize account with Opera PC ? I only found the way to sync Flow but not the entire account !

@leocg Thanks. I think you should consider to add this option if you want users adopt GX as default nav on mobile.

@mastershifu Opera GX for mobile is based on Opera Touch. So, no bookmarks and no Sync, but it does support My Flow. Leo and I are volunteers, all we can do is tell you the way it is, not change it nor explain why (other than what's been said).
