First update check on opera://about/ should nothing, refresh the page and it showed
Why Open the Web?
Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content. -

fantastic, great work all. though please, something like this should have been done a long time ago. dev kits had been out since june 2020 and brave/firefox/edge all released M1 versions in november and december. hopefully everything works well and bugs are minimal

Opera keeps trying to update to .250. I get a popup that says "'Applications Opera' is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Bin." Tried it three times.
Mac Mini M1, MacOS 11.3

Hi @spike666, try to update it manually, download and install the package from here - it's already version 76.0.4017.94.
There was a bug with auto update on Mac, after you install the newer version manually, you should be fine next time auto-updating it.
