@sgunhouse I have the same problem from Romania (Europe) and YouTube is available here and I already use YT Music the regular way and on my phone.
Anyway I don't understand why it is not available even if it was country restricted. You can still have the button there, but it will not work if it is not available in your country.

@taiki3ro Don't ask me why, I don't work for Opera and have no idea why. I can only report what others have observed to be the case.
