Are you saying you can't log into https://login.live.com/ in Opera? Are you blocking 3rd-party cookies? Using Opera's VPN?

Actually it's my windows computer access PW to access my passwords

What exactly is the problem? How to reproduce it? When it happens? Why it happens?

You mean that you can't see your saved passwords because your OS password isn't accepted?

@tomfiii So you go to view passwords, it asks you for your user password which you enter and then nothing happens? Which version of Opera, on which version of Windows?
