Youtube not playing on Opera but it works on Chrome.

I believe this has something to do with the update for Opera recently, my youtube was working perfectly fine on Opera, and after the update came like a week ago, its been telling me "If playback doesn't begin shortly, try resetting your device". I have done that, I don't have any extensions, I took off ad blocker, and my internet is perfectly fine. And i'm also on Windows 10. Not to mention, Youtube on Chrome works like a charm. So i'm pretty much convinced this has to do with this update from Opera. Any way I can fix this?

The problem is not with only YouTube but anything streaming.
I watched Netflix VPN for years now it gets stuck so I tried on Chrome and Edge it works fine
Opera needs to fix their browser or lose people
something wrong here
I uninstalled and reinstalled no luck

@jovandon9 Already checked with extensions disabled and with a clean profile directory, following the instructions?

What OS? It may an OS specific issue.

Certain versions of Windows are lacking major video codecs... do you have Windows 10 N?
