May I create my own group, of threads, for example, or not?
I do not understand that. Such unexplained, or not described option is present in my Profile.Thanks for few words on the topic.

@leocg said in What is Groups?:
@pavelopdev You are not part of any group, that's why you see it empty.
Well, then why the option in my Profile?
The 99.9999999999999999999999% of Opera users do not belong to Opera Groups.And since groups are not related to topics, you can't create your group of threads.
OK, I will try to do with tags. So let me repeat here the same question from other today post:
Where is the (in)famous Tags field when I write my post? I cannot find it.

Leo and I are members of the global moderators group, there's another group for Opera employees; there may be one or two others. (Probably one for local forum moderators and I think I've seen a separate group label for the webmaster). That's it, as far as I know.
Okay, checking here I see only 3 groups - they don't list webmaster as a group.

Gentlemen,
I do appreciate your efforts to dispel my doubts, or correct my omissions, or shortsightedness and occasional blindness even, but what does it mean "at the bottom"? See the Fig.1 and tell me, please. where the f***g Tags option is placed in the edit area "at the bottom"?

@leocg Thanks!
I searched Forums Help, but I didn't find it. I tried, really. I know now what's the most important - not (my) posts, the threads are the Kings in this world. Silly, but acceptable. I'm my own tag (@pavelopdev) at least. -
