Is it possible to have the choice not to install the updates (
I did not find this option in the settings).
This is already such a problem with the intrusion of Windows ...
Having the choice gives you confidence.

@egarely I believe that there are blog services around there that already offers what you need.
Also, Opera is a browser and not a blog service/host, so there is no way they can offer you a blog editor.

Sorry but that's bulls...
First of all, it's not easy to make a connection. There should be a link or something inside the desktop Opera browser. No-one won't remember some link where to compare QR code.
Other thing is it won't still works! My passwords won't update dekstop <-> android.

Opera, why this feature is so hard to provide? With Firefox and Chrome it's working fine.

@kribaz if you go through the regular sync process in Opera for desktops, you will see an option to use the QR code and another one to use your Opera account with Sync. So, you don't have to remember any link.
