Hub (like the center of a wheel), not Hup.
Go to https://hub.opera.com/ then choose your country on the right side (for some reason it defaults to Nigeria), then click the Contact link (or just scroll to the bottom of the page). You'll see icons for various ways to contact them - an envelope for email, then also Facebook, Twitter, etc. (as applicable to your country).
So for Egypt it comes up with mailto:feedback_newshub_eg@operanewshub.com

@khaledabdullah As far as I know, Opera doesn't have an email address for contact.
