I'd presume the OP means Add page here to add it to that folder. But usually such an item would be at the top of the menu ... maybe it just doesn't show on scrollable menus?

Yes, that's what I wanted to explain. Thank you. This feature was available.
Now it's just like this: right-click mouse button on bookmarks bar--- add page
