Where in this forum is the right(eous) place to post about Opera's websites?

I have had a problem, from my Opera Android Browser, with the Opera Website(s) themselves (not with the browser it seems), and I admit I have (wrongly) posted on it on the Android section, just because I were not enough conscious that Error reporting page on Opera is actually a web page (and not a browser's program stuff).But the problem remains: where to post here about problems specific with the Opera's Websites (like, the Error Reporting pages or this Forum itself or any else)?
I looked everywhere in the forum tree and threads, repeatedly, and I haven't found any suitable place...(Knowing this, I will then ask how and if, a post being put in the wrong section of the forum by his author, could be moved there someway by moderators or by the author, or should be eventually deleted and rewritten by author itself).

If there is not specific places for opera site & issue in logging in......then why account open after 4 to 5 tries? ......In single try in can login why & redierect to previous page ...why its happend?
