How to make bookmarks manager active when Opera starts?

@bege Already tried to keep it opened when closing Opera? Or maybe adding opera://bookmarks to be opened on start up?

He was suggesting that you go to Settings > On startup, set Opera to "Open with specific page or pages" and set the page as "opera://bookmarks". Try that and see how you like it.

I tried it already. This does not work for me.
Does it work for you ???

Actually, yes, it does. Mind, the Bookmarks bar folder is focused, but otherwise ...

I configured it as it should, it just doesn’t work. It may not work because I am running Opera.exe (not launcher.exe). Maybe there is some command line switch?
