Es gibt nur die letzte Schreibweise, aber fälschlicherweise liest man häufig frohes Neues Jahr statt frohes neues Jahr. Wenn man jemanden ein frohes / schönes / gutes neues Jahr wünscht, dann wird neues immer klein geschrieben, da es sich um ein Adjektiv zu dem Nomen Jahr handelt.

@senix There are rules and conventions that need to be followed by users so that things in this forum may flow well.
It wasn't a critic but more of an information.
