The following concerns Opera for Windows.

It seems that the only place on the Opera website where labeled 64-bit links for Opera stable/beta/dev are in a small panel on the bottom right of the Opera blog for desktop (https://blogs.opera.com/desktop). I would consider this to be pretty hidden compared to alternate downloads on other websites. This is perhaps because it is not recommended for normal use. I have some questions. Feel free to only answer a single question.

Is 32-bit or 64-bit Opera stable recommended for normal use?
Is 32-bit or 64-bit Opera beta/dev recommended for trying out new features?
When should one use 64-bit Opera stable/beta/dev?

@tserrano318 If you have a 64 bits Windows, use Opera 64 bits and if you have a 32 bits Windows, then use Opera 32 bits. Basically, it's that.

If you get the network installer, the installer will automatically pick the right version for your system. Thus the only time you need a link that is specifically 64-bit is if you are downloading one of the offline packages.

64-bit is recommended for normal use. Forget that the 32-bit version even exists in your case. As @sgunhouse said, you'll get the 64-bit version automatically from https://www.opera.com/download and the Opera site in general. Opera just doesn't detail it for general users that don't know what the difference is.

You can of course still explicitly choose the 64-bit download from the Desktop Team blog or from https://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/ if you want.
