Font showing symbols for Clubs diamonds Hearts

Opera browser is failing to display synbols for Clubs Hearts Diamonds and Spades.
Checking with Firefox they are shown.
I have tried identical fonts to those used by Firefox in Opera - however this changes nothing at all and i still cannot see these characters which are shown as blanks. -

Can you please post a page which uses the forementioned shapes as characters?

They show up as usual here, but I think they are images, not actual characters. These are the urls for each one

Plus, they take quite some time to load, compared to the rest of the site which is plain text and loads in a split second.

Try quoting my earlier post. While the forum is actually replacing the emoji with its own in the display, the first three suits should be symbols in the edit pane. Here is Windows they are shown in black and white, but show fine.
Or try something like this ... again works fine in Windows.

On that other site, all of them are shown as regular characters. They are resented below in code tags so that the forum won't change them to images.
