How can I delete sources from my current news feed that's full of junk that I emphatically don't care about: namely of FOX News, WAY WAY WAY too much sports and pop/celebrity/entertainment junk?

Thanks for writing ... I apologize. I should have been more clear. (As I gain familiarity with Opera, I'll become more conversant.)

I meant the 'new' page that comes with clicking the plus sign "+"... which is probably the Home Page, as you say.

In an attempt to avoid drowning in Football, Hockey and Kardashian twaddle, I've tried adding two more flavors of English (UK and Canada) and more than fifty international news and science feeds. This has helped, but it shouldn't be necessary.

@infideluxe You can't change the sources for news on start page but you can disable the feature.

@lamington ... You're so right!! This is so incredibly un-Opera-like! It's baffling.

But I can't think of any other HUGELY visible high-traffic feature in Opera that offers zero configuration opportunities to the user.

Since you're a Moderator, maybe you can pass this complaint on to Opera 'Client Success & Happiness' department, The shallowness of what Opera Management considered worthy news was wretched and really silly.

This is the first really resonant (to me) Opera black mark that I've seen and felt in a very very long time.
