[Solved]Video is choking and freezing after update to Opera Developer 64.0.3394.0

I have just updated to Opera Developer to 64.0.3394.0 - and right after this update the video on Youtube became like a slideshow.

@sektorl I've noticed some video freeze but only in live streams.

@leocg I made a test: in 3388 everything is OK. As soon as I update to 3394, video is choking. Revert back to 3388 - everything is OK.
