offline installation file - no x64

(translated from german forum, cause also interested in solution)
trying to download a 64-bit offline file from blog (e.g. https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/), there one find on the right 'Latest downloads', click on stable/beta/dev/"Windows x64 (Offline)" and one gets the x32 file only. An x64 file therefore only via FTP server. Already mentioned in blog-comments, 0 reaction. Doesn't opera notice this or don't they want?And apart from that, where are offline files for opera-GX - are there any? Folders on ftp are empty.

Strange, when I visit this page and spot the link for the offline installer it saye
https://www.opera.com/download/get/?partner=www&opsys=Windows&arch=x64
(which clearly says arch=x64 and does give me the 64-bit version)
Likewise just a little further down the page I see both 32-bit and 64-bit offline installers listed for Opera GX.
Maybe the page recognizes that I'm already using a 64-bit browser and that's why it only offered the 64-bit version of regular Opera? Anyway, if you don't get the 64-bit link, there it is.

here (windows 8.1_64) clicking on 'Download the offline package' the link contains/leads to: "https://www.opera.com/download/get/?partner=www&opsys=Windows"
=> x32! - something is wrong.
same in blog-offline-files. links Windows (Offline) + Windows x64 (Offline) are identical (= opera.com/download/get/?partner=www&opsys=Windows). no x64. -

supplementation:
download seems to depend on the used browser, if you use x32-browser you get a 32-offline-file, if 64-browser you get a x64-offline-file.
but not in the blog, there it remains with only x32!
crazy. And impractical. -

@sgunhouse,
now the 2 posts are visible - directly after sending the last post 15 min. ago - very misterious...
visible in this thread + in profile - which was not the case before!
last post therefore obsolete. -

[this pinned topic] ...
everything known. Was just surprised that the "approval" took so long. And at first nothing was visible, even not in profile - then something written, suddenly everything there.
That's a bit more confusing than it is goal-oriented.
no offense. -

that's for sure + was no reproach.
because of that there is the 'no offense'.but - the DL-'prob' or lack of clarity is only partially solved, still.
but whatever. -

...https://www.opera.com/download?os=windows (...)yes, this site is a bit better, than the blog pages, but not clear on delivery:
- TorBrowser x64 (based on Firefox 60.8.0esr_x64) delivers a x32-Version
- Iron (chrome) x32 results in a x64 Opera-Version. Crazy, but far from clarity.
& thx for the GX-links. Why there are no blog-posts, no changelog? it all seems a little confused and immature.
Is that "modern" now? -

huh,
it still happens signs and miracles - the download bug on the (Desktop-)teams blog page has been fixed. A click on x64 (offline) now finally delivers a x64 file again, stable, beta, dev. As it should be!
=> You only had to complain about 532 times, and Opera has already reacted.
amazing...
