@temkem I had 'Standard' Content Blocking by default, after changing to 'Custom' (all the checkboxes) the empty space is gone. Now I put back to 'Standard' and it still looks fine.
*As I said before, I'm still on 58 version and I also faced up with this issue recently, that's why I think this is YouTube's issue (or if this is Opera's bug, it's not only the 62 version specific bug). Also, in FireFox I didn't touch anything and all looked fine until now.

@andrew84 In the shortcut from which you launch Opera, in the "Object" field, after all that will be written there, put one space and then enter the line below:
--user-agent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/75.0.3770.100 Safari/537.36"save the changes to a shortcut and then start Opera from this shortcut and go to YouTube.

@andrew84 but the YouTube site is still not displayed correctly? If yes, then try to refresh the cache by pressing Ctrl + F5

@temkem Yes, not correctly.
Right now I checked it in Edge (on Chromium) Canary (77.0.217.0) and I also see the empty space.

@andrew84 This is weird. After changing the "User Agent" from Google Chrome, my YouTube began to display correctly.

After the 62.0.3331.43 update i see this white block on every youtube page. Previous version worked fine. I try to reset the settings, but nothing helps.
In the drop-down list "element code", in the Styles tab, there is this block: "playlist.ytd-watch-flexy:not([js-panel-height_]).ytd-watch-flexy {
display: block;
}" before the "display: block;" there is a check mark in the box, if you remove it, the old view will be restored. -

If I use adblock in youtube it shows blank space in upright corner is that bitching from youtube or what... earlier it showed playlist now just blank space

I can see it correctly now in all browsers and without any tricks, it was YouTube's issue most probably

It's fixed now. Don't know by whom but I see no such problem in 62.0.3331.72
