How do I empty Trash?-
If I right click on the Trash icon in Bookmarks menu, it offers to send it to Trash?

There should be an 'empty trash' option on the bottom of the right click menu.

I don't even have a Trash on my menu ...

Go to the start page, click on the "heart" icon to view the bookmarks manager, and go from there.
