This is using http://html5test.com. I am on Opera version 58.0.3135.79.

What is wrong here?

That website tells you what's "wrong". Perhaps be more specific what exactly are you referring to?

I wouldn't worry to much Internet explorer 11 scored 322 on my windows 8.1 machine

Do you have any extensions installed that modify the user agent? Running through a proxy or VPN?

To see what Opera should be telling the website, just go to Help > About Opera and look at the User agent there. I'm using Developer, so my user agent ends with

OPR/60.0.3242.0 (Edition developer)

Found the problem. The extension User-Agent Switcher was turned on.
