I tried in stable ver. without extensions or changes in flags, cleared cookies, fresh install, like new. I also tried with portable version and beta ver., and it's the same.
Windows 8.1, 64 bit.

@temkem Hmm, have you try to solve it? (if it's a problem i mean after all.) And your frame, is darker, you have dark theme on your Win. 8 ?

@panosv Yes, I have a dark Windows theme. I don't think this is a problem. Most likely it was intended.

The size must be specific to 8.1, here in 10 I have a gray outline (as in, about 1 pixel wide) Or maybe it's larger for touchscreen devices (if you both have touchscreens - mine is not)?

The purpose of the frame is to give you something to drag to resize the window. beyond that is just a guess at this point,

I have the same porblem with Opera beta, but I think i have found a solution. when I Run Opera beta as an adminstrator, this annoying frame disappears. I hope this will help you.
