<![CDATA[Opera in window mode, have a grey frame around it]]>I tried in stable ver. without extensions or changes in flags, cleared cookies, fresh install, like new. I also tried with portable version and beta ver., and it's the same.
Windows 8.1, 64 bit.

The purpose of the frame is to give you something to drag to resize the window. beyond that is just a guess at this point,

I don't think this is a problem. Most likely it was intended.
