Adobe Flash Player does not start

Despite my right clicking, Flash Player does not start.

Right clicking? I just left click, a pop-up message asks me to allow Flash and I click "Allow".

I have Flash disabled by default and that page didn't even asked me about it.

And I can see what seems to be some promotional insert of a market. I can drag the image, zoom it, etc.

@sgunhouse When I right click, three alternatives appear:

1. settig 2. global setting 3. update AFP 4.About AFP. If I left click, AFP help page shows up, but I do not know what to do.
   And another issue is that some flyers get downloaded by AFP.

This seems to be Flash right click.

I should have clearly pointed out that some flyers get downloaded but some don't with a mascot icon turning around(which seems trying to download the content of a flyer).

Same here and it works fine. It adds http://ecnavi.shufoo.net:80 to the Flash exceptions.

I don't know why, but the problem was gone. Sorry for my taking your time.
All fliers can now get themseves shown.
