Win 10 notifications

Anyone else finds these "notifications" utterly useless and stupid? If I'm already on the webpage, I don't need an additional thing popping up in Windows since I can already see what's happening, since I'm on the bloody webpage itself. When you're not on it, notifications don't work anyway. So, what's the deal with this thing? I just don't get it why it even exists, just so I need to fiddle with one extra stupid thing on every Opera install...

Notifications should work when you are not on the site, that's the point of having them.

@leocg Well, they never do... At least for services that I use anyway, which is why I just turn off the damn thing because it's annoying asking me about notifications every time I'm on sites.

Yep, for some reason, notifications aren't working as they should.

It's strange that Opera does not use system notifications, because the ancient version of utorrent 1.82 uses them.

Opera used to use it, don't know if they changed something or if it's a bug.

Hallelujah!!! earned system notifications win 10 ... I am very pleased with this fact, but ... For example, while listening to Google music, I not only see the notification when the track changes, but I also hear the notification sound. With Google Chrome everything is OK.

@milder notifications work in 56.0.3051.99 stable. In dev don't.
