Video Playback on Mojave not working everywhere

Since I updated to Mojave Opera doesn't playback Videos on some Websites. On High Sierra everything is alright.
Example website: https://www.apple.com/mac/ The videos there won't play.
I really want to use Opera but that is just really annoying.

Well Mojave is released and this is still broken.
I filed a bug report but no reply.

Same issue with LinkedIn Learning videos, but only when when logged-in. The LinkedIn Video Player returns always an error message "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported".
On High Sierra everything is alright.

This bug is not fixed for Opera Developer 57.0.3090.0
but it is for non-Developer.

Maybe because no Opera developer build was released yet since the bugfix.
