Can someone please tell me how to open an html file, that is on my hard drive, in Opera?

Kind of a silly message, yes? You're supposed to put your question in the message, not only in the title. However ...

If Opera is default browser, you should be able to double-click on the file. Alternatively right-click and choose Opera from Open with...

If Opera is already running, try Ctrl-O, Yeah, I know, it isn't on a menu somewhere (as far as I can tell), but it is there.

Or just drag the file into a new tab. Works with many kinds of files.

You can also drag it straight onto the opera shortcut on your desktop to open it.
