<p dir="auto">If Opera is default browser, you should be able to double-click on the file. Alternatively right-click and choose Opera from Open with...</p>
<p dir="auto">If Opera is already running, try Ctrl-O, Yeah, I know, it isn't on a menu somewhere (as far as I can tell), but it is there.</p>
