how to enable Microsoft Silver-light on opera?

anyone know how to do this I've looked at guides however they are from 2010 and not been updated to current so not much use. any help is appreciated (and yes silver light is updated to current version)

Chrome-based browsers - including Opera - no longer support NPAPI plugins, and therefore don't support Silverlight.

Even Microsoft seems to have already announced the end of Silverlight. Development has ended and any support will cease in 2021.

@sruart3006 maybe give this extension a try. It fixed all video (netflix) issues for me. Also flash video issues as well.
