e3 f26 trouble while downloading files

Hello.I am having trouble with using Opera.Whenever i try to download something,i get an error like e3 f26.
Example:I want to download Chrome,when i press download,it gives me ,,chrome e3 f26''.I am having big trouble.
PS:Ill post on another topic in Opera for Windows just in case

Check the URL,its not real MediaFire,+ download isnt starting.When AD-Blocker is enabled,it downloads e3 f26
Edit:It doesnt download anything now.But whenever i try to download OTHER thing,like Chrome,it gets me e3 f26

No.In every browser i got that fucking virus

Yes.I removed every malware that got detected and i still got that problem

@spartanwarrior Do you se any anti-virus or related software? Did you check with it disabled?

Are you using VPN, Turbo or any proxy?

Hmm where can i see if im using VPN or proxy?By the way,no,i didnt check with disabled AV.I will try later.

@spartanwarrior If you don't know then you probably aren't using but take a look at the settings page.
