Wrong resolution with hardware acceleration on

every of em have wierd resolution, when hardware acceleration is off, idk why. but when i put it ON it seems to be allright on developer and beta, like 10 second before huge fps drops, laggs, voice cracks.

if u did read my comments, or even watch any of those photos. u will found that every1 of em have same problem. And yes. windows 7 versions.

When it's on, resolution is right but everything what moves (gifs, videos, streams) starts to drop frames alot http://puu.sh/xKVPm.jpg (in 2 mins) at 1080p60fps. when http://puu.sh/xKVSb.png

seems like this happens only w7 version.
I use Win7 and wonder if you may find a solution to your problem here which assisted me back then.
My issue as you will note was solved by the next version. Just a suggestion.

TL:DR. Now, i know whats the problem. I got 2 monitors. 60hz and 144hz, i switched just for lulz, 144hz monitor to 60hz. ZADAA magic happens. no lagg on hardware acceleration ON. Now imo. im waited 2 long whit this. I dont Mind to waiting fix for this. C u soon.

1st monitor is connected whit DP-port and 2nd monitor HDMI. if this even helps anything.
