Is it possible to have the same speed dial and bookmarks display on all my PCs?

Isnt that the point of a sync though? Changes made on one machine are synced and reflected on the other? Seems like a pretty basic requirement for sync. I like the Opera dial but have to use FVD with everready to get that effect.

I'm one that wants the exact same install on both my desktop and laptop. I did a usb install on my desktop and then just copied it to my laptop. That gets me the exact same speeddial. I very rarely change my speeddial and on the odd occasion that I have I just manually add it to both.

It was already discussed a lot, some think Speed Dial should be the same on all synced devices and others prefer the current implementation so they can have different ones at home and at work.
I would love to see a poll done on this. I've never seen anyone here say they wanted it differently from home to work. But I have my solution (See above).

I still run O12 out of drop box with the cache pointed at a temp folder on each machine. They get confused every-once-in-awhile, but bookmarks are always perfect across my 7 devices.
Still trying to figure out if that is possible for new O?

Yes, yes it is. Everyone has complained loudly about this for years now. However. Speed dial and bookmarks are 2 different systems. They don't have the will or man power to fix it.
But lucky me, I get to spend the nextx the next hour fixing speed dial on my desktop because i stupidly needed to reinstall O from scratch.

It is clear that it is not possible to do a sync and that it looks like it won't be possible in the short term, but the real question is: why?
History, bookmarks, even passwords sync, and we don't even have a choice to add speed dials to the package?
It's clear that there are no technical or programming difficulty reasons behind this, can't think of any monetary or business neither.
Strange, at least.

why not leave the choice to the user, like they already do with the rest :-S ?!

IMHO, this is a gigantic disgrace.
Now I know again the reason why I've changed my standard browser from Opera to Vivaldi.
