Dear Opera Developers,
I have sent u an email regarding some suggestions on Opera Mini, i want to request some other different features for this app which is mostly likely to be used by many...
So here are the features :-- ADD A USER AGENT OPTION IN ALL PAGE LAYOUT
- ADD DO NOT TRACK
- ADD BACKGROUND DOWNLOADING (after exiting the browser)
- ADD A PAGE TRANSLATOR
- ADD EDGE SCREEN TAB SWITCHING
- ADD A WEB SEARCH OPTION OF SELECTED WORDS IN NEW TAB/SAME TAB
- ADD PRIVATE MODE OPTION ON FRONT MENU OPTIONS
- ADD A BACKGROUND WALLPAPER CHANGING OPTION
- ADD SECURITY ON DOWNLOADS
- ADD SCREEN ROTATION ON/OFF
- ADD NOTIFICATIONS OPTION FOR OTHER SITES TOO (LIKE - FB, TWITTER, WHATSAPP, INSTAGRAM, MAIL, YOUTUBE, QUORA, 9GAG etc..) IN NOTIFICATION AREA
- ADD INBUILT ANTIVIRUS TO PREVENT US FROM GOING TO HARMFUL PAGES
- ADD NEWS UPDATE FEATURE IN NOTIFICATION & LOCKSCREEN AREA
- ADD A VPN (if possible)
- ADD A POWER MANAGEMENT OPTION TO DISABLE THE FEATURES, WHICH ONE USER DON'T WANT TO USE
Beside these features there are some other problems i'm facing with this browser which i have never experienced before some previous updates like :-
- When my smartphone gets disconnected from wifi even for a little while, it just stops connecting anymore even when the connection is back ON.
- Whenever i try to rename any mp3 or mp4 downloading file, renaming option always troubles me like when i try to rename it the words i type gets written twice or maybe be something else. It's really really (extremely) frustrating...
- App needs stability in it's performance like when i use any stie with alot of words or any social media sites like twitter, fb, instagram or any torrent websites it starts lagging even on the smartphone with 6gb ram.
Plzz fix these issues cause it's the only best browser i have found on whole Google PlayStore to be worth contacting the developers...Thank U for this app & all of it's various great updates, U GUYS ARE THE BEST..!!

Please add the greek language back to opera mini (and opera mini beta). Thank you

jackob11 last edited byLatest Opera Mini beta 26.0 support "Progressive Loading" features. Which makes it really faster. But it would be more faster if there has "Webpage Preloading" & "Hardware Acceleration" feature.
And obviously, As usual the first loading speed of any streaming video & the file downloading speed is as slow as hell.
Whatever, it seems now a days Opera Mini developers are keep attention to make it faster. Kudos

Try to turn off notification from Opera Mini's setting.
Actually I always disable the battery hungry & resource hungry app 'Google Play Services' & that's why my Notification setting is automatically turned off & I don't get any ads from Opera. -

already reverted back to 24.0.2254.115784 ... smooth!
drawbacks since version 25:
(1) always lag (might be related to browser screen refresh)
(2) download settings: no "wait for wifi"
(3) download list: no "clear completed" -

how to disable the reply column below opera mini on my android when i read an online news? it was really disturbed, 'coz i can' t view other tabs that opened before.....
