( Data balance its the balance of mobile data )
Before that when I start installing Opera mini in my phone it's just begin installing without problems and with 0 balance of mobile data ( what I mean by installing opera mini is when I download it from Opera.com not from play store )! , But now it doesn't installing like that!, it's show me this error ( Unable to connect to the internet ,please check your network sittings ) !!
About free website I mean that 0.facebook.com it's working with 0 balance of mobile data in our operateur , But now it doesn't working in Opera mini , when I enter to it , it show me this error ( Connection failed :Unable to connect , pleas review your network sittings ) !!!
Why ! what happened , Same thing with all Opera mini versions , but other browsers are fine with this case !!! -

try to switch to Extreme Mode. if this still occurs, it might be your telco service provider didn't support Opera Mini.

The point is that you need to download data to
install any app on your phoneyes I got it , but now opera mini need a data to install , why before not , is my ISP the reason as you said ? ,if it's true why 0.facebook.com work in other browsers and doesn't work with opera mini

Maybe you just never noticed that? Or maybe before your ISP allowed you do do the download without charges before and now it no longer does it?

No I don't think so cause when that website stop working in opera mini that day opera mini stop installing to , is that just a coincidence !!?

Posting on own thread to bump it just after have commented on it is annoying as well as this kind of comment of yours.
If you think Opera has an issue, report it properly using the 'report a problem' tool in Mini and wait for a fix. You can even post the bug id (without the @ part) here for reference.
BTW, when trying to access 0.facebook.com I get a message saying that my ISP doesn't support it.
If you try to access using wi-fi, do you get a similar message?

Opera Mini, at least the current version, can run in high or in extreme mode. In high mode there will be less data saving but pages will load better while in extreme mode you will save more data but with a price of pages may loading bad as extreme mode doesn't support many resources.
BTW, what version of Mini are you using?

So you seem to be able to access the page with Mini.

As I said before I tried most of opera mini version , same thing with all
But now I'm using version 20.0.2254So you seem to be able to access the page with
MiniNot yet , it still same problem I can't access with data mobile

I suspect that your mobile operator broke some rules that allowed free Opera Mini and you should contact with Maroc Telecom first. Anyway you can try to install older client: http://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/android/mini/20.1.2254.110627/operamini.apk and check if it works.
