We was thought that by start new year we will get more features in Opera Mini but that was just a guess ,<br />
The fact is by 6 January as I said , The Opera Mini doesn't want to installing without data balance As it had doing  before<br />
Also the free website <a href="http://0.facebook.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">0.facebook.com</a> stopped working but in all other browsers is working !<br />
So Operamini developers pleas fix this soon as it's possible , I think the problem is coming from proxy server I think you just change something there<br />

In high mode there will be less data saving but pages will load better while in extreme mode you will save more data but with a price of pages may loading bad as extreme mode doesn't support many resources.</p>

<p dir="auto">Posting on own thread to bump it just after have commented on it is annoying as well as this kind of comment of yours.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you think Opera has an issue, report it properly using the 'report a problem' tool in Mini and wait for a fix. You can even post the bug id (without the @ part) here for reference.</p>
<p dir="auto">BTW, when trying to access <a href="http://0.facebook.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">0.facebook.com</a> I get a message saying that my ISP doesn't support it.</p>
