Nowadays I can't find this option anymore.
Yep, the new forum doesn't have a private message function.
I wanted to ask moderators a question as I'm told that I can communicate with them in an extension's Conversation tab, but they're not responding to it already for a week. Is this functionality really working and I just need to wait some more?

If you mention someone's username with an @ in front of it, the user will be notified when they visit the forum that they were mentioned, as in @redcapshortcut. That's about it.

If it's not about browser problems, we have a Lounge, and there are a few threads already established there for general communication.

@leocg, I'm talking about this Conversation tab with an input field in Add-on metadata control panel.
BTW, if anyone knows the answer I asked there, I'd be glad to hear it.

Well, as you posted in the Forum Feedback then i thought it was something related to the forum itself.
That you you've posted is probably to contact with extensions moderators.

Does that send an email notification also or no?
It'd be cool if you could specify an email address for your user page like you could with the old forums. Right now, you have to tell a user your email address in a comment.

For me it sends, @burnout426
Check your Preferences in the Profile. And email can be specified in your account.
