1. When clearing browsing Data, what does '3rd Party Services Data' refer to? I could not find any information about it.

2. When I click 'Save Draft' while typing a comment, where is it 'saved to' and how can it be retrieved

3. Is Opera 38.0.2220.41 the latest version of Opera?

It's probably same as deleting plug-in data. It does clear all possible changes you have made to the flash player via flash settings manager.

As far as drafts, it is shown when you return to the thread. I'm presuming it is saved in the browser as site data.

Probably no one knows the answers.

Just access the same topic again and you should see your draft there.
