@georgeamerica maybe it still counts as a fresh thing and is a bit unstable....
I had the same problem. I never found a fix. I eventually just gave up. I've actually switched to Edge since then.
@swb1 I looked for a while and never found anything. I tried reinstalling and that didn't fix it.
