@wenoay Sorry my suggestions did not help. If you are using VPN please turn it off -- it cannot hurt.

Workaround: If you set the Gaming Control In Sidebar to be "on" when the browser starts then the focus will be in the Address field.

I forgot a small detail. The GTX 1060 3GB uses the DCH driver (Universal). The GTX 860M uses the Standard driiver.

Did somebody bother to check this out? It is so obvious that I thought that no reporting is necessary, but it is still there at todays update:
