Why is Imported Bookmark Folder not syncing?

@leocg No it is not the extensions data. It is just a normal Bookmark Folder created by an extension, but opera does not sync with other devices.

The "Imported Bookmark" folder is also created when importing bookmarks from other browsers. But, multiple other forums simply suggest to move the content from "Imported Bookmark" to "Bookmark Bar", which is fair in case of bookmark we import from other browsers. But, in case of extension the bookmarks automatically moves back into "Imported Bookmark" folder. It would be great if opera synced this folder also (similar to how it syncs "Other Bookmark" Folder)

@moon The three dots are Sidebar setup, the image above that is the shortcut to mute or unmute the background music in Opera GX. I can't make the other two out - try just hovering the mouse pointer over them to see what the tooltip says.

I encountered simillar problem today where the default Opera GX AD blocker doesnt block ADs on youtube, to be more specific a window pops up that in the upcoming five seconds an AD will be shown, the AD isnt played but the video screen turns white with a pop up window to skip the AD, seems like the video starts playing as usual after the AD would normally end.
And also havent experienced any sort of lag.
It happens at start, end and during.

Using extension for now and it doesnt happen with it.
