@unbeknownstUpdate: It seems the issue is resolved by itself. Very weird, might also due to Windows 11. Yesterday there was a weekly release preview update and this issue wasn't resolved after that, but today it works fine.
@superkai That would be actually good. But in place of Murgee auto clicker, I would want op auto clicker this one >> (https://www.clickspeedtester.com/op-auto-clicker/ )because it has more options and usability, is far better than murgee auto clicker.

@prodam-garazh Hi, I have that problem. I limit RAM and CPU, when closing and reopening the Opera GX browser the limitation parameters are disabled. How can you make them stay fixed? I don't see it being answered in the forums in general ...
@hflfadsa There could have been a chance to recover the tabs if you hadn't restart the computer. Since it was done, the info about last session and last tabs were updated, overriding any data on your tabs.
You can try clicking on Search in Tabs icon or use menu > history, but it may not work due to what I said.
@henryzx900 By miniscreen you mean the task-based preview? The window is outside your screen, while Opera has focus press Win-D until it appears on-screen.
