With hardware acceleration on, mess with the flag at the URL opera://flags/#use-angle and try D3D11 or opengl for example.

@taxiaa Have you blocked cookies, or told Opera to throw them away on exit? That will log you out of everything. Alternatively some internet privacy software, and even Microsoft's CCleaner, will delete cookies

@kekman23 Windows? If you're not admin, how did you manage to install it the first time? It can be installed in a user's personal directory, but it wouldn't need an admin password to update..
