I open Opera Gx everyday and i didnt knew about the arsenal collab, its there any settings that dont let me know about that?

Yes. Regular Opera has "Enable search box in the address bar at the URL opera://settings/userInterface. Opera has never added that to Opera GX.

@mikahhh Somewhat vague. What is automatically? What is several times?

If automatically means without you clicking a link or shortcut, then that sounds like you have adware or malware on your system trying to show you multiple ads. Check on the software you installed just before this started happening and make sure it isn't the cause.

There's still no support for this and Opera hasn't said anything about plans to add it.

There is still a manual, experimental hack to set a certain GX profile as the default browser though.
Reinstalled GX and had to setup everything again

@mgpreal i literally had to reinstall windows and now i dont have my old bookmarks, like i used this browser more and because of that i lost all of my new stuff that i didnt have on chrome. this is annoying

@sach08 A previous user posted the same question then answered it himself - there's a button further up the screen that looks like a power button, you need to turn it on.

please check the settings for key sounds, sounds, e.g. closing, opening tabs, etc., and maybe something with the sound is turned on and this causes the sounds to be cut off..
